No RV-sized vehicles are allowed inside Mother Nature’s Riverfront Retreat unless you purchase a Starfield RV Pass, Big Balla or Supa Balla Campsite ticket (keep in mind that there is a free parking lot for all vehicles, though it requires a shuttle to get to the campgrounds). The Starfield RV Pass allows you to park your vehicle at your campsite in the Starfield Campground only, which is the furthest campground from all the stages at the Gathering and once there, it must remain until the Gathering ends. Starfield RV Passes apply to vehicles ranging from RV-size (with a trailer) or smaller. However, there is no electricity, running water or sewer provided.

Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a QR Code for each Starfield RV Pass order. You can then either print a copy of your QR Code(s) to be redeemed at the Gathering box office or simply show the QR code(s) on your phone. It is very important that you do not share your QR code(s) with anyone else; especially online.

When you do redeem each Starfield RV Pass at the box office you will then be presented a sticker, which you will need to stick to the outside of your driver’s side windshield and should not be removed at any time. It is good for the entire duration of the festival, starting Wednesday Aug 19^th (at 8 a.m.) until Sunday Aug 23^rd (at noon). Keep in mind that passengers must remain inside the vehicle while it’s moving (sitting on top of the vehicle is not allowed). Under no circumstance will a replacement Starfield RV Pass sticker be issued for any that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed. All sales are final.
