No vehicles are allowed inside the camping areas of Mother Nature’s Riverfront Retreat unless you purchase a Car Pass (keep in mind that there is a free parking lot for vehicles without a Car Pass though it requires a shuttle to get to the campgrounds). These passes allow you to park your vehicle at your campsite (at either the Butcher Bay, Ghost Ninja, Type Shit, Pendulum or The Loon’s Campground areas) and once there, it must remain until the Gathering ends. Car Passes apply to vehicles ranging in size from motorcycles to full-size vans that are not towing trailers.

Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a QR Code for each Car Pass order. You can then either print a copy of your QR Code(s) to be redeemed at the Gathering box office or simply show the QR code(s) on your phone. It is very important that you do not share your QR code(s) with anyone else; especially online.

When you do redeem each Car Pass at the box office you will then be presented a sticker, which you will need to stick to the outside of your driver’s side windshield and should not be removed at any time. It is good for the entire duration of the festival, starting Wednesday Aug 19^th (at 8 a.m.) until Sunday Aug 23^rd (at noon). Keep in mind that passengers must remain inside the vehicle while it’s moving (sitting on top of the vehicle is not allowed). Under no circumstance will a replacement Car Pass sticker be issued for any that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed. All sales are final.

Finally, vehicles with Car Pass stickers will be allowed to enter the Gathering grounds early, starting on Tuesday Aug 18^th at around 5pm. Only vehicles with Car Pass stickers and their passengers will be allowed to enter at this time. Keep in mind that all passengers of these vehicles must also have GOTJ wristbands to enter and they must remain inside the vehicle while it’s moving (sitting on top of the vehicle will not be allowed).
