This 20? x 40? roofed Pavilion comes completely bare and with no power. Click on the event map to find out exactly where it?s located. By purchasing this item, you are renting this Pavilion for the entire duration of the Gathering starting Wednesday July 31st (at 8 a.m.) until Sunday August 4th (at Noon). You may use it however you see fit, except that it may not be used for vending. If you wish to sell merch from a Pavilion you rent (for an additional fee) then you will need to make a request by writing to [email protected] purchases can be made with either a credit card or through PayPal. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, and then a Pavilion Rental Certificate will be mailed out to you starting on 10 June 2019 (please allow a few days for shipping). A Certificate for any Pavilion rented after June 10th will be shipped as soon as the order is placed.The certificate that you receive is your proof that you have rented that Pavilion. When you arrive, your Pavilion will be wrapped in caution tape with a notice that it was rented. Simply remove the tape and you can set up. All sales are final.
