With this purchase you will have access (for the entire GOTJ) to a small elevated old cabin buried deep in the woods and just across from Juggalo Island. It is really not intended for more than 2 ninjas (think of it as a somewhat dilapidated tree fort). It includes two built-in wooden shelves with rather old padding on top for sleeping and not much more room than that. It has no running water or electricity but it will keep you dry and give you a bird?s eye view of those passing by. Bring a padlock if you want to lock up. The purchase price includes a $150 deposit ($200 rental + $150 deposit) which will be returned to you once you are ready to leave if no damage has been done to the cabin (just report to the Information Tent when you are ready to leave to retrieve your money after a brief inspection).
