With this purchase you will have access (for the entire GOTJ) to a medium sized slightly elevated old cabin with large screen windows looking out in all directions. It is completely void of any furniture and could sleep around 4 ninjas comfortably with gear. It includes a small front porch and is close to the river?s edge. It has no running water or electricity but is much better than the small cabin. Bring a padlock if you want to lock up. The purchase price includes a $250 deposit which will be returned to you once you are ready to leave if no damage has been done to the cabin (just report to the information tent when you are ready to leave to retrieve your money after a brief inspection).
